So LA Policies

Hello So LA Gals! Below is all the information you need to know regarding shipping, returns and exchanges. 
-So LA ships through USPS.
-Shipping is free for purchases over $30.
-Orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be sent out on the same day.
-Shipments typically will arrive within 3-5 business days.

-So LA is not responsible for items delayed by USPS, items returned to us by the USPS or wrong address entry given at time of checkout. You are responsible to enter the correct shipping address.
-Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking info. Check the status of your order by logging into your So LA account or by tracking your package with the carrier provided.



All Sale/12 Days of Christmas Holiday Sale Items are Final!

-So LA accepts returns/exchanges for regular priced clothing postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order for a full refund.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
-Items must be odorless (no smoke, perfume, or body odor).
-Items must be in its original packaging with tags still present and hanging on the item(s).  
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-So LA reserves the right to refuse returns or make partial returns for an item based on its condition. Any item that does not match the proper criteria will be sent back to you at your expense. 
-Shoes may be returned in the original, undamaged box. Shoes must be unworn and must have original packaging.
-So LA does not accept returns/exchanges on Sale Items nor Accessories.

-Once your return is received, inspected and approved a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. You will also receive an email confirmation once the return is processed and refund has been issued. 
-Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
-Original shipping is not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

So LA is not responsible for return shipping or lost shipments. We recommend keeping shipping receipts for your records. So LA is also not responsible for delivery delays such as weather and any other unforeseen circumstances, human error by the postal department. 
You are the first priority! So LA wants to make sure all customers are satisfied and happy with their purchases. If not, no worries, call/text or email me and I will assist with any of your fashion needs.
